Most in-hand pairs ship within 1–2 business days. Pre-release or “en route” sizes note their expected ship window at checkout and on the product page.
What is your return policy?
Unworn pairs in original packaging qualify for return within the window posted on each product page. Start a return by contacting support with your Order Number. See our full policy.
How do you authenticate Air Jordans?
We verify source, inspect materials under natural and UV light, match box and in-shoe IDs, weigh both shoes, and archive macro photos. Orders include a QR link to your inspection log.
How should I pick my size?
