3. Orders & Availability

• Order acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to inventory errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or other reasonable grounds.
• Quantities may be limited per customer/household, particularly on limited releases and special drops.
• Pre‑orders or “en route” stock are clearly labeled on product pages with estimated ship windows.
• If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will cancel and refund you promptly.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Payments

• Prices are shown in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.
• We accept the payment methods displayed on the Site footer (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, PayPal). By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen method and that the information is accurate.
• In case of pricing errors, we may cancel orders or contact you for instructions before shipment.

5. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Delivery

• Shipping options and estimated timelines are provided at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays can occur.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon carrier acceptance of the shipment. We provide tracking where available.
• Signature confirmation may be required for high‑value orders at our discretion.
• Undeliverable or refused shipments may be returned and subject to additional fees or cancellation according to our policies.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

• Unworn products in original packaging may be eligible for return within the window shown on each product page. Return eligibility and fees may vary by release.
• Launch/limited releases are typically final sale unless otherwise stated.
• To start a return, contact us with your order number. Items must include all accessories, tags, and the original box in resellable condition.
• Once shipped, orders can no longer be edited. Cancellation requests before fulfillment are not guaranteed.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping fees are generally non‑refundable.

7. Limited Releases, Launches & Draws

• For high‑demand drops, we may use queues, raffles/draws, or anti‑bot measures. Participation does not guarantee purchase.
• We may limit entries per customer and cancel duplicate or suspicious entries.
• Draw timelines, rules, and winner notifications are posted with each event.

8. Authenticity & Inspection

Every pair offered through the Site is sourced and inspected by our team. Our authentication process includes material checks under natural and UV light, ID matching, weight checks, and macro documentation. Your shipment may include a QR code linking to inspection notes where available.

If you believe you received an item that is not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unedited photos and the original packaging. We reserve the right to request additional proof and to make the final determination upon inspection.

9. Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards

• Promo codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Promotions are time‑limited and may exclude select or launch products.
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
• Gift cards, if offered, are non‑refundable, have no cash value (unless required by law), and are subject to separate terms.

10. Acceptable Use of the Site

• Do not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) except as permitted by our robots.txt or written consent.
• Do not interfere with site security, integrity, or availability.
• Do not use the Site for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activities.
• We may throttle, block, or ban abusive traffic or accounts.

14. Limitation of Liability

If not resolved within 30 days, disputes will be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue. Where allowed, you and Nike Jordans waive the right to a jury trial.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
