Pairs ship in protective double-box packaging with the original manufacturer’s box inside. We do not fold or rubber-band the box lids. Inserts and accessories (if included by the manufacturer) are secured to avoid scuffs.
We can modify shipping addresses or cancel orders before the label is created. Once a shipment is in transit, rerouting depends on the carrier’s policy and may add 1–3 business days.
We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO via USPS-compatible services. Some expedited or oversized shipments may require a street address.
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, contact us within 5 business days. For damaged deliveries, retain all packaging for carrier inspection and photos.
When an item is marked “en route,” it means we have secured authentic stock that is inbound to our facility. The product page shows the expected handoff window. You will receive tracking as soon as your pair ships.
