How returns work

    Request an RMA

    Submit the form below or email [email protected] with your order number, reason, and photos if applicable.

    Receive your label

    Eligible US returns receive a prepaid label within 1 business day. International customers get instructions for return shipment.

    Pack properly

    Place the shoebox inside a protective outer box. Keep all accessories, tags, paper, and inserts together.

  4. 4

    Inspection

    We verify condition, match IDs, and confirm authenticity on receipt (typically 1–2 business days).

  5. 5

    Refund or exchange

    Approved returns are refunded to the original method; exchanges ship after confirmation of available size.

Return eligibility

Eligible

  • Unworn, undamaged shoes in original box with all inserts
  • Security/inspection tags and stickers intact (if present)
  • Return requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Wrong item/size received or carrier-damaged packages (report within 7 days)

Not eligible

  • Worn pairs, creasing, outsole wear, or odors
  • Missing or damaged original box, torn paper, or missing accessories
  • Final sale items marked on the product page
  • Gift cards and cleaning products once opened

Limited & special releases: Some SKUs may be eligible for exchange or store credit only and/or a shorter return window. See each product page for specific terms shown under “Returns.”

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after approval.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
  • Allow 3–5 business days for your bank to post the credit after we process it.
  • If a return is received outside policy or not in original condition, we may offer partial credit or return it to you.

Exchanges

  • Size exchanges are welcomed on eligible items. We’ll confirm stock before issuing a label.
  • Exchange pairs ship after your original item passes inspection.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, we’ll proceed with a refund.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives with carrier damage, a factory defect, or the wrong SKU/size. Include:

  • Order number and affected SKU/size
  • Photos of the shipping box, product box, and the issue from multiple angles
  • The shipping label visible on the outer box

We’ll prioritize a replacement if available or provide a prepaid return and full refund.

International returns

  • Customers outside the US may return eligible items within the same 30-day window.
  • Return shipping and any customs/duties are the responsibility of the sender.
  • Mark the parcel as “Return of goods” to avoid additional import charges.

Restocking and fees

  • No restocking fee for approved, pristine returns.
  • Up to 15% deduction may apply if packaging is missing or shows excessive wear.
  • Unauthorized returns or shipments sent COD will be refused.
